Rakuyo High School (洛陽高校, Rakuyō-kōkō) is a high school named after Luoyang, a prefecture-level city in the western Henan province of China and a former capital of China during the Three Kingdoms period. Rakuyo was once the most dominatant school in all of China, nearly having all the schools submit to them. This was due to its Ruler Chuuei Toutaku, who was able to easily win the Great Fighters tournament that took place a year before the actual start of the series. After Toutaku's death by one of his own, Rakuyo quickly fell to the new dominant school Kyoshou Gakuin.
